Help Desk Support – Level 1

Location: Portland, OR

Minimum/General Experience: 1 year of experience in information systems.

Functional Responsibility: Provides technical support of software, hardware, systems, subsystems, and/or applications. Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products. Escalates complex problems to engineering support staff or field engineering personnel. Escalates problems to higher level of expertise within the organization. Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct common failures.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
