The purpose of the Current Safeguards Policy is:
- To identify available safeguards and risks associated or mitigated by the same;
- Document incidents and thru them effectiveness of safeguards;
- To ensure all security settings are available and have been enable.
Procedure: The Security Manager or delegated representative shall ensure that all safeguards are accounted for as well as the risks associated or mitigated by the same.
- Complete Current Safeguards Form;
- Update form on an annual basis or as if needed in case of changes;
- Maintain a written record of the form for 7 years.
