Data transfer
Estimate outgoing data from page visits, downloads and integrations, then compare it with the included transfer.
When to size up or scope a custom setup
Review capacity when monitoring shows sustained resource pressure or you expect a workload increase. Availability and recovery goals may require architecture changes, not simply a larger server.

Does Yii's RBAC make us HIPAA compliant?
It gives you the mechanism for one part of it. The minimum necessary standard asks that people can reach only the information their job requires, and RBAC is how an application enforces that. The roles themselves have to be defined against how your organisation actually works. The framework cannot tell you that, and neither can we.
Is Yii suitable for a billing or case management system?
It is a common choice for exactly that kind of back-office system. From the hosting side the relevant point is that such systems concentrate a lot of patient data behind a lot of user accounts, which makes isolation, audit logging and backups worth more than they might be for a brochure site.
Can you migrate an existing Yii application?
Usually, and the questions are the practical ones: which PHP version it needs, what it depends on, and how much downtime is acceptable. Worth a conversation before anything is scheduled, because the answers vary a great deal between applications.
